What this site collects, and what happens to it.

The estimate form
When you request an estimate you give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, your answers to a few questions about it, and any photos you choose to upload. We use that information for one thing: to contact you about the work and to prepare for the visit.
The form is run for us by Rooted Coast Design of Bandon, Oregon, on servers provided by Vercel. Your submission is stored there and emailed to Zachery Kingston. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
Photos are kept so we can refer back to them while the job is open. If you would like your photos or the rest of your submission deleted, call or email and it will be removed.
Calling or emailing us
If you call or email, we keep your contact details and the thread so we can follow up. That is all.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google sets a cookie to do that. It tells us things like how many people visited from Coos Bay this month; it does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or an extension like uBlock Origin, and the site works exactly the same without it.
What we do not do
No accounts, no newsletters, no retargeting ads, no selling of data, no tracking beyond the analytics above.
